New Classes and Changes
Students Please note:
- A new eight week session of Yoga for Kids taught by Betsy Ceva begins Thursday January 22, 4:30-5:30 for Ages 7-12. Call Birchwood for information – (845) 358-6409 or email us: info@birchwoodcenter.com.
- Beginning Monday January 26th Andrew Goodwillie will take over Alice’s 6:30-7:45am Early Riser class.
- Beginnning Tuesday February 3rd Cassie’s 5:45-7 level I Hatha Yoga class will be changed to Restorative Yoga taught by Mollie McMahon.
