Karma Yoga Community Class
For anyone, but especially those experiencing financial hardship at this time. All Proceeds will be donated to local charities. Karma Yoga classes begin April 11th.
Saturdays 2-3:15pm – Level I/II – Sliding Scale Fee: $7 – $12
Karma Yoga means the path of union through action; acting without consideration of personal selfish desires. The teachers of this Karma Yoga class will donate their time and expertise, Birchwood will donate the space and staff, and all proceeds will be donated to local charities.
