Marathon balances fitness with charity
Nyack yoga session aids victims of Asian disaster

Nyack, NY (March 7, 2005) - Parents helped shape their children into cobras, and children helped their parents maintain balance during the tree pose as families joined a daylong effort to spiritually connect with and offer financial support to victims of the Southeast Asia tsunami. About 30 people participated in a family yoga session yesterday afternoon during Birchwood Center's Yoga Marathon.
