Andrew Goodwillie
A graduate of the transformative Birchwood 200-hour program, Andrew believes that principles of yoga – non-violence, letting go of ego, the practice of calm consideration and grounded intention – can make our community and world more harmonious. Andrew likes teaching classes that combine strengthening the core with a range of poses that allow students to enjoy both the physical and emotional aspects of yoga in a supportive, friendly and fun atmosphere.
