Alison Egan Datwani
Allison Egan Datwani RYT has a well earned reputation as a compassionate teacher with an innovative and precise style. Since the late '80's she's helped many people loosen and strengthen their bodies, center their consciousness, and connect to their breath. Her extensive knowledge of the mind body connection is drawn from a lifetime of studying dance, practicing different exercise methods, being a long time practitioner of Hatha Yoga, and seeking yoga's wisdom through ancient scriptural study. She has been teaching for over twenty years and enjoys teaching a Hatha Yoga Vinyasa flow blend.
