Kundalini Yoga
as taught by Yogi Bhajan helps us explore our dimensions, depth, nature, and potential as a human being. By linking breath with movement, focusing on the eight major chakras and using a combination of postures, pranayam, mantra, music and meditation, Kundalini Yoga creates a transformation and establishes an aligned relationship between the body, mind and soul. It opens pathways to healing and change, extends our consciousness, helps us to reach around our limitations, and taps into not only the pranic energy of the breath, body and mind but also the deep kundalini energy, the pure source of energy that connects us to the Earth.
